My experience was very good

Overall it was a good visit. My only complaint is the nurse that weighed me rushed me and didn't let me take off my heavy coat (with keys and lots of loose change in pockets) which resulted in an inaccurate weight. When I asked if we could redo it she just blew me off like it was a joke.That is not how you treat patient, especially when they have weight issues to begin with.

Dr Chen and staff treated me with the upmost respect. He took care to make sure that my concerns were met. Dr Chen was just very attentive.

Dr Chen is Avery good doctor and his the medical assistant was very kind and caring. And she knew her job. I commend the team there.

Switched to Dr Chen after bad experience with previous long term family doctor. After 3 visits, he's learned more about my health and a plan of care than I've ever had. Very deliberate and thorough without being overly aggressive. Very kind demeanor. Seems very knowledgeable. We're so impressed thus far that we're considering moving my husband's general care to him!

I'm a newer patient of Dr. Chen's, as is my husband. We both really like him and are happy we found him as our new health care provider.

Dr Chen is attuned to the patient and has pertinent records before him. He is a good listener and easy to work with.

Dr. Chen and his staff was great and very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was running late due to terrible traffic but Dr. Chen was still available to see me and took his time to listen to all my issues. He is very thorough and he responds immediately to mychart messages. I'm so thankful to have found him.

Dr. Chen is competent and friendly. He is strong with managing my diabetes. This past year I came to him with a foot injury and he determined the ankle was structurally intact and was going to take a while to heal. I went back a few weeks later when it wasn't any better and he ordered a test to check for blood clots inhibiting healing. When that came back negative, he did nothing further. 3 months later I was referred to a podiatrist who xrayed the foot, then ordered and MRI which confirmed my achilles tendon was completely ruptured and needed reconstructive surgery, made worse by the 4 months that had elapsed since the injury. Had Dr. Chen ordered an xray months earlier, the procedure might not have been so dramatic and the recovery so long. I am still seeing him to manage my diabetes, but would not recommend him for any ortho issues.
