EXCELLENT CARE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!!!!

I made my own recommendations and he either agreed or denied. He doesn't really seem to care honestly. Maybe he doesn't believe me. He thinks Inwant drugs in my opinion and I have no history of much pain meds EVER. The last meds didnt work and I even showed him the bottle still full. He clearly has no idea what is going on with me and keeps doing the same thing and wasting my money with visits that last 10min. I have been with Emory since forever but will seek a doctor outside the network of Emory doctors for my shoulder and to be treated with concern/care. Worst experience at this facility.

Dr. Webb was thorough, clear In his diagnosis and explained options. I felt comfortable asking questions. He used straightforward language and probed to ensure that I understood what was happening and what I needed to do.

Dr. Webb is the best at describing information in layman's terms, while also describing x-rays and options for treatment. He is attentative and listens and will explain everything that is being done throughout the visit.

Dr. Jeffrey Webb is an outstanding medical professional. He is so knowledgeable in his field and has treated her daughter for almost 2 years now. Whenever we have a serious injury or the pain he is able to address it with his depth and breadth of knowledge, expertise, and lots of TLC. We highly recommend him to all of our friends and family.

Dr. Webb was excellent! He advised, with full understanding of how 11 year old boys will behave with a fracture and spoke to my child in term he could accept and follow. He also walked in and quickly brought ease to the situation. PT exercises are nightly homework, boot to brace is a good thing, isolate out the sport you want to play now.

I love that I was treated right away rather than starting with something very comprehensive and then getting further treatment

Would not recommend. Physician was condescending and overall unpleasant person to interact with. I was uncomfortable from the moment I entered the office. I did not make any comments to the doctor because I wanted to make sure my son was able to get this cast on that day. We will be following up with another office.

I am a huge fan of Dr. Webb's: he is knowledgeable (current research, trials, etc.) and explains things in citizen terms (uses accessible language/I can follow). He is that unique mix of caring and patient with expertise and professionalism.

The care provider was very attentive and patient addressing my concerns; however, was a bit rude. The care provider used negative connotations and unprofessional language when addressing my concerns and speaking to me. The care provider made snark facial expressions and was negatively judging me after I told him about my honest mobility issues and struggles I've been dealing with for almost the last two years. At a point, I felt uncomfortable as the care provider displayed a lack of empathy and reasonable understanding. I admire the care provider's work and diligence yet he needs to learn how to speak to patients less antipathetically. The care provider displayed negative energy that came off as condescending and disrespectful. The care provider questioned my honesty and replied to my commentary in a somewhat hostile manner. I lost some respect and trust for the care provider.

Mostly Dr Webb and he has treated me very well each time I've visited the Dunwoody Orthopedic facility

Dr. Webb has excellent customer communication. He took the time to slow down and work through my issues with me. I felt cared for and listened to. This gives me confidence in his recommendations and treatment for me. This was a very different experience from my first appointment with a physiatrist at Emory at a different location.

Dr. Webb has excellent bedside manner. Very nice, very competent in his work. He gave me 2 injections with precise care.

I was surprised. I just felt the Dr was somewhat dismissive to questions. It just seemed to me like he looked at me like it's obvious and the situation is just the situation. Not much compassion or understanding for my questions about what could happen or worsen.
