In 2003, Wade Raulerson saw a need in the Tampa Bay area for a total technology provider that focused on high quality and long-term professional relationships. He created MHD Communications and continues to take an active role in its perpetual growth as CEO. Wade has almost two decades of experience as a Network Engineer working for esteemed businesses such as Tampa General Hospital and VF Corporation. Through this experience, he not only understands the technical needs of the customer, but he is passionate about making each customer feel like a priority. He holds certifications in MCSE and CCNA and as a Tampa native, Wade has his pulse on the area’s constant growth and development. He is in tune with its growing technology needs—specifically regarding Managed IT Services, small to medium-sized business office technology, and personalized customer service in an industry that can tend to be impersonal. His favorite place in the Tampa Bay area when the weekend comes around? Definitely out on the boat enjoying the view and taking in a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game at Raymond James Stadium.

Craig has consistently exhibited outstanding leadership in a variety of capacities, serving as an Information Technology Site Manager, Manager of Global Network Operations, Data Center Supervisor, Network Technician, and Datacenter Operations Specialist for Abbott.
Craig's professional journey, shows his unwavering dedication to driving operational excellence, promoting team collaboration, and harnessing technical expertise. His well-established track record of leadership spanning diverse IT domains, Craig remains a valuable asset in delivering impactful solutions within MSP IT landscape.
James Benner
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DELIVERY MANAGER
James is a seasoned Professional Service Delivery Manager bringing over a decade of expertise in the field. Since December 2023, James has spearheaded service delivery operations with a client-focused approach, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex projects and deliver exceptional results.
James's journey in the IT industry commenced as an IT Data Tech in the United States Marine Corps, where he laid the foundation for his career. Prior to his current role, James made significant strides at Amphenol Custom Cable, starting as a field technician, and gradually ascending to the position of Operations Manager over an eleven-year tenure. During this time, he honed his skills in managing stressful situations, overseeing operational facets, and exhibited strong leadership qualities.
His multifaceted experiences have given James a diverse skill set encompassing technical expertise, problem-solving acumen, and adaptability to dynamic environments. James continues to drive excellence in service delivery, contributing effectively to MHD’s success.
Ashley Raulerson
LOGISTICS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Ashley has been a crucial asset to MHD for more than ten years, showcasing unwavering dedication and remarkable adaptability across multiple roles. In her current position as an Accounting Supervisor since December 2018, Ashley has accumulated over 3 years of expertise in effectively managing the accounting department.
Before assuming her current position, Ashley held the role of Logistics Operations Manager, where she managed both the warehouse and purchasing department. During her seven-year tenure as Administrative Sales Support, Ashley played a pivotal role in bolstering sales initiatives and maintaining seamless administrative operations. Furthermore, her steadfast commitment to providing essential administrative support to the team has been evident throughout her tenure as an Administrative Assistant since February 2014.
With over a decade of experience and a proven track record of success, Ashley continues to make significant contributions to MHD' operations.
Sam Mirandette
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR / PROJECT MANAGER
Sam has been an integral part of MHD Communications for nearly five years, showcasing dedication and versatility across various roles. Currently serving as the Project Manager of Major Accounts since June 2021, Sam has been instrumental in managing critical projects with finesse and efficiency for close to three years.
Prior to this, Sam served as an Operations Coordinator for over two years, where she played a vital role in streamlining operations and ensuring seamless coordination within the organization. Additionally, her tenure as Administrative Support from May 2019 to 2020 highlights her commitment to providing essential administrative assistance to the team.
With a diverse skill set and a proven track record of success, Sam continues to contribute significantly to MHD Communications' success. Her tenure exemplifies adaptability, effective project management, and a steadfast commitment to achieving organizational goals.
Kiahlie Alvis
STAFF COORDINATOR
After relocating to the Tampa Bay area as an Indiana native, Kiahlie Alvis started with MHD Communications in 2014. She immediately fell in love with the area, the culture and the people. Her background in retail operations and healthcare scheduling & administration have proven to be a great asset in her role as the Staff Coordinator here at MHD Communications. Kiahlie has a passion for helping others and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our customers. Come Friday night, you can usually find her at the Wine Bar in Ybor City and on Sunday afternoon, relaxing on Pass-A-Grille beach.
